Lamb, Feta and Oregano Burgers with Tzatziki
Patties
- 2kg lamb mince
- 400g Dodoni Feta
- 2 cups oregano
Tzatziki
- 500g Greek Style Yoghurt
- 2 cucumbers thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup chives
- 1 squeezed lemon
MethodPlace the mince into a large bowl along with the oregano. Hand mix it until they are well combined.Then crumble the feta into the bowl and mix again. After everything is well combined mould patties into circular shape to fit burger buns. Put the meat in the fridge and start making the tzatziki. To make the tzatziki start with putting the Greek Yoghurt in a small bowl. Then add the cucumbers, chives and lemon in the bowl. Mix well. Put the tzatziki in the fridge and take out the meat. Cook the meat well on the barbeque. Put together your burgers and...Enjoy!
